




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cook to join Cuerno or Mochomos Restaurant, ensuring dish quality and freshness, as well as strict adherence to recipes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and freshness of dishes. 2. Work in an organized and efficient manner, strictly following recipes. 3. Guarantee the guest experience. Join the team at Cuerno or Mochomos Restaurant in the Andares area as a Cook. Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in restaurants. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Guarantee the guest experience by ensuring each dish is prepared correctly. Thoroughly understand every item on the service bar to consistently deliver high-quality dishes. Work in an organized and efficient manner to maintain group quality standards. Strictly follow recipes established on the menu to ensure consistency in the dining experience. Carry out daily production of proteins and vegetables, carefully managing temperature control and protein handling. Ensure food freshness through proper product rotation, storage, and shelf-life management. Ensure safe food handling and maintain good personal hygiene practices to safeguard the health and safety of guests and unit staff. Prepare raw foods to the highest quality standards. Working hours are rotating shifts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closing shifts from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., with one day off per week. Daily salary is $2,310.00 + tips averaging $1,600 or more per week.
