JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review of customer files (buyer and seller) * Review of digital and physical files for each property * Preparation of weekly reports (file tracking) * Delivery of documentation ensuring compliance with tax requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration * 3 years’ experience in auditing * Knowledge of procedures, guidelines, and conditions related to used housing purchase-sale transactions and file auditing * Position competencies: Analysis, results orientation, communication, problem solving, decision making.
