Billing management and ERP handling. **Promotion Advisor – Control Desk** ***Location:*** *Álamo Industrial, Tlaquepaque, Col. Las Juntas.* **Requirements:** * Academic education: Technical degree in Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * 2 years of experience at a warehouse control desk. * Billing experience (mandatory). **Knowledge/Skills:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP system proficiency. * SAP billing experience. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Responsibilities:** * Order tracking and control. * Validation of operational documentation. * Status and timeline compliance monitoring. * Coordination with warehouse, production, and shipping departments. * Handling and resolution of reports. * Operational performance indicator (KPI) monitoring. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 MXN monthly (pre-tax). * Bi-weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Christmas bonus equivalent to 18 days’ salary. * Permanent employment after 90 days. * Savings fund contribution: 2% upon becoming permanent. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
