Utilized **CONTPAQi** (Accounting, Payroll, and Commercial modules). **Technical Competencies** * **CONTPAQi Commercial:** Expert handling of electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0), credit notes, payment complements, and customer/supplier catalog management. * **CONTPAQi Accounting:** Proficient in bulk loading and XML association via the Digital Document Manager (ADD). * **Journal Entry Management:** Accurate recording of journal entries for income and expenses, ensuring correct flow-account classification. * **Reconciliations:** Ability to perform automated bank and accounting reconciliations, identifying discrepancies between bank statements and system records. * **Financial Excel:** Use of pivot tables and formulas for data cross-referencing and collections reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * **Account Cleansing:** Analysis of accounting line items and balance adjustments to maintain up-to-date accounting records for monthly closings. * **Tax Support:** Preparation of information for the DIOT and assistance in tax calculations (VAT/Income Tax). **Soft Skills** * **Attention to Detail:** Critical for detecting errors in CFDI or cent-level discrepancies during reconciliations. * **Organization:** Efficient management of physical and digital accounting files. **Problem Solving:** Ability to investigate unidentified bank transactions.
