Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant to record, analyze, control, and supervise accounting transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Generation of information for decision-making **Job Objective:** To perform the recording, analysis, control, and supervision of the company’s accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations, thereby generating accurate and timely information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and supervise accounting transactions in financial systems. * Review of issued and received invoices (items, amounts, codes, etc.) * Bank reconciliations against disbursements and receipts. * Review of check vouchers. * Review of travel expense and petty cash expenditures. * Conducting inventory counts of merchandise and fixed assets, and maintaining related files. * Billing reports per project. * Prepare periodic reports. * Submit accounting reports to the accounting firm. * Complete credit application forms. * Support internal and external audit activities. **Job Requirements:** Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting.** **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in general and tax accounting. * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (CONTPAQi, megasat.com). * Experience in the construction industry is desirable. * Experience in invoicing, credit notes, and payment complements. **Technical Knowledge:** * Current tax legislation * SAT tax filings (monthly and annual) * CFDI invoicing * Internal and external auditing * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Skills:** * Numerical analysis and attention to detail * Planning and organization * Problem-solving * Professional ethics and confidentiality * Working under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Monthly salary: 12,000–15,000 MXN (nominal) * Weekly payroll * Savings fund * Attendance bonus * Statutory benefits * Social Security (IMSS) * 12 days of vacation * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
