(6 months of experience or recent graduate) Knowledge. * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networks (basic) * Structured cabling (desirable) * Automated teller machines or ATMs (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500**) * Functions. Diagnose faults reported by the customer. Replacement of parts, incident tracking, issue resolution, and report closure. 100% FIELD * Job responsibilities.
