Ensure timely shipment processing, strict compliance with security and customs regulations, and provide essential operational support for cargo flights while maintaining efficient and continuous communication with the Operations Coordinator regarding various DHL operational processes executed. **Your Responsibilities:** Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, you will perform the following functions: **Warehouse** * Inspect, sort, weigh, measure, and document shipments. * Safely build and reconfigure Unit Load Devices (ULDs). * Verify third-party service delivery according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Maintain organized DHL equipment and conduct stock controls. **Ramp** * Supervise and coordinate designated ramp activities as assigned by the Turn Around Coordinator. * Verify that third parties operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for aircraft loading and unloading, ensuring correct and safe cargo distribution per AGOM. **Import** * Receive and validate import Air Waybills (AWBs). * Coordinate with customs brokers for cargo release. * Sort and deliver cargo in accordance with local regulations and internal procedures. * Record and track discrepancies or incidents related to imported cargo. **Export** * Review Air Waybill (AWB) documentation and ensure compliance with customs requirements. * Coordinate with consolidators and customs brokers for export clearance. * Prepare cargo for international flights, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and security. * Validate cargo manifests and close flights per IATA and DHL regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Required Profile:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * 0–2 years of ramp and warehouse experience within customs environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a team, with attention to detail, organizational skills, proactivity, adaptability, and commitment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and Airside Awareness preferred.
