Responsibilities: As an **Administrative Support | Help Desk** professional at Hines, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Direct tenant support for cleaning, maintenance, office, access, and other requests. * Follow-up with support staff on tenant requests. * Review of contractor passes and vendor documentation. * Drafting and distribution of communications and notices. * Control and activation of access cards. * Package registration and dispatch. * Logistical support for events. * Switchboard operation. * Fitness Center access management. * Administrative support. Qualifications: **Minimum Required Qualifications:** * Technical diploma, high school diploma, or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, proactivity, follow-up capability, and attention to detail.
