




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant specialized in invoicing, petty cash, and information management in Excel to ensure operational efficiency and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized administrative support in invoicing and petty cash. 2. Information management and control using intermediate Excel. 3. Proactive and responsible role in a manufacturing environment. **Objective:** Provide specialized administrative support for invoicing processes, petty cash control, and information management in Excel, ensuring operational efficiency and tax compliance within a company dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of hoses. Responsibilities: * Issue, stamp, and send electronic invoices (CFDI) to domestic and foreign customers. * Download, validate, and organize supplier invoices via the SAT portal. * Verify that invoices meet tax requirements prior to registration. * Petty Cash Management * Administer the fixed petty cash fund for minor operational expenses (office supplies, travel allowances, emergencies). * Request reimbursements and verify expenses with valid tax documentation. * Record cash inflows and outflows in a logbook or accounting system. * Conduct periodic cash counts and reconciliations with the Accounting department. * Excel and Information Control * Design and maintain Excel templates for sales, inventory, and expense tracking. * Update customer, supplier, and product catalog databases. Education * Technical High School Diploma. * Graduates from related fields (Administration, Accounting). Skills and Knowledge * Proficiency in intermediate Excel. * Proactive. * Responsible. We Offer: Weekly salary, statutory benefits, and working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
