Responsibilities * Support daily administrative operations. * Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. * Manage files and records (physical and digital). * Perform basic accounting tasks: recording income/expenses, simple reconciliations, support during periodic closings. * Payment schedule management. * Handle and update information in office systems and tools. * Coordinate schedules, answer phone calls, and receive documents. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely delivery. Requirements * 2 years of experience in administrative or related roles. * Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting. * Experience managing files (physical and/or digital). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills and experience interacting with suppliers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Proactivity, ability to work in a team, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
