




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with customer service experience to manage billing, collections, reconciliations, and provide accounting support. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end invoice management and payment tracking. 2. Customer service and resolution of inquiries. 3. Support in collections reporting and database updates. Administrative Assistant (Customer Service) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 1-hour break: Statutory benefits and Major Medical Insurance. Salary: $3,200 to $3,400 weekly. Responsibilities: * Invoice data entry and registration into the system. * Payment follow-up and collections via phone and email. * Preparation of credit notes and payment complements. * Reconciliation of deposits against bank statements. * Physical and digital filing of accounting documentation. * Handling customer calls and emails regarding inquiries. * Tracking service orders and order status. * Database updates and file control. * Support in daily and weekly collections reporting. Requirements: * Incomplete or completed degree in Accounting or Administration. * Proficiency in Excel (Mandatory). * Skills: Person with strong business judgment and understanding. * Excellent attitude, prior experience in an accounting firm preferred. * Interested candidates meeting the profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.
