




Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in the administrative area within a company passionate about coffee? **Join our team!** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a focus on sales and customer service, who will provide support to the commercial and administrative departments, ensuring proper follow-up of the sales process, equipment distribution and installation with customers, as well as correct administrative management of the department and handling of our website. **Main Responsibilities** * General administrative support. * Preparation and maintenance of customer files. * Data entry and control in administrative systems and CRM. * Customer service via telephone, written communication, and email. * Follow-up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process. * Support in preparing and sending quotations. * Registration and tracking of orders and sales orders. * Coordination with internal departments for equipment delivery and installation. * Confirmation of dates, times, and requirements with customers. * Post-sales follow-up and incident escalation. * Support in invoicing and payment tracking (in coordination with the relevant department). **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales, or customer service roles. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and email. * Knowledge of Odoo (desirable). * Experience in sales process tracking (desirable). **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for learning, development, and growth.
