GRUPO DICAS is looking for a proactive and organized Accounting Assistant, recently graduated in Accounting, to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and develop knowledge in general accounting, taxation, and finance within a dynamic environment. Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree or candidate status required). * Minimum 6 months of experience (including professional internships) in general accounting positions or activities and/or accounting firms. * Knowledge of General Accounting, Basic Tax Laws (VAT, Income Tax), and CFDI 4\.0\ usage. * ERP accounting software proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Knowledge of tax calculations (State and Federal). Responsibilities: * Data entry, recording, and filing of accounting vouchers (revenues, expenses, and journal entries), ensuring correct account classification. * Support in managing, reviewing, and controlling supplier and customer invoices. * Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations. * Issuing, controlling, and reviewing electronic invoicing (CFDI) via internal system. * Assisting in gathering information for preparing tax returns. * Organizing and maintaining physical and digital accounting documentation archives.
