




We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage the issuance and recording of invoices, credit/debit notes, payment tracking, and bank reconciliations—requiring meticulousness, organization, accuracy, proficiency in Contpaq accounting software and Excel, and knowledge of tax regulations (e.g., CFDI in Mexico) to ensure accurate financial flow and accounting information. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Contpaq system. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. Key Responsibilities: Generation and issuance of electronic invoices (CFDI) on platforms such as SAT. Accounts Control: Manage account balances, identify outstanding debts, and follow up on payments. Accounting Records: Record invoices, credit and debit notes, and bank reconciliations. Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve billing inconsistencies. Document Management: Maintain control and order of all fiscal documentation. Skills and Competencies Technical: Excel proficiency, Contpaq accounting software, CFDI knowledge (payment methods, usage), and invoice cancellation. Attention to detail, organization, accuracy, teamwork, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
