Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, coordinating operations and technical personnel. Responsible for safety, order, and compliance in maintenance At **Quinta Montes Molina**, we are looking for our **Maintenance Coordinator**, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. ***Requirements:*** * Technical or completed/unfinished engineering degree in: Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration, Construction, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar maintenance positions. * Experience in high-traffic properties: Restaurants, Hotels, Cultural Centers, and Heritage Buildings (desirable). * Experience managing work crews or technical staff. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Operational Maintenance Coordination * Prioritization and Technical Judgment * Tools and Equipment Inventory * Procurement of Supplies and Materials * Preventive Maintenance * Supervision of Suppliers and External Work * Safety, Order, and Compliance ***What Do We Offer?*** * Base salary * Benefits from day one * Grocery vouchers * Employee meal menu Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
