We are looking for your talent as a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT at La Isla Mérida** **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. * Repair electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment systems. * Record activities and comply with safety protocols. * Timely and appropriate response to internal fault reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance * Education: Completed high school diploma (certified) or higher * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Familiarity with safety protocols. * Knowledge of Electrical, Finishing, Plumbing/Hydrosanitary, or Air Conditioning systems **We Offer:** * Base salary of $11,300 per month (gross, before taxes) * 10% savings fund * 30-day Christmas bonus * 35% vacation premium * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off **Work Location: La Isla Mérida (Santa Gertrudis Copo)**
