Dynamic work environment Wendy's Mérida is currently seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to provide support across various locations. **Job Objective:** Provide support in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at locations, collaborating with the Maintenance Leader to ensure the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and work areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance. * Assist in inspection and maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and furniture. * Identify malfunctions or maintenance needs at locations. * Assist in installation, repair, or adjustment of equipment and infrastructure. * Assist in tasks related to openings, renovations, or adaptations of locations. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Maintenance or related field (may be in progress) * Basic experience preferred in general maintenance, construction, or repairs * Availability to travel between locations * Valid RFC (Mexican Tax ID) * Flexible availability for work schedules **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Food vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one * Opportunity for learning and growth * Restaurant discounts **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating weekly rest days If you are interested in developing your career in maintenance and learning within a dynamic environment, **apply now and join our team!
