Cleaning Staff – Night Shift (Bar)

Job Summary: We are seeking staff to maintain the establishment clean and orderly, ensuring an excellent image and contributing to the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork in a dynamic environment **Location:** Mérida (Caucel, Dorada, Kukulcán) **Salary:** * Daily: $315.00 * Weekly: $2,205.00 * Approximate monthly: $9,450 – $9,550 Job Purpose Maintain all areas of the establishment clean, orderly, and in optimal condition, ensuring an excellent appearance of the venue and directly contributing to the customer experience and proper operation of the bar. Main Responsibilities * Constant cleaning of restrooms, common areas, floors, and furniture. * Maintain order throughout operations without requiring constant supervision. * Restocking supplies (paper, soap, etc.). * Assistance with deep cleaning before, during, and after shift. * Waste management and organization in service areas. * Support during opening and closing procedures of the establishment. * Reporting of damages or maintenance needs. * Assistance with basic operational tasks as required. Job Performance Indicators (KPIs) * **Cleanliness Standard:** Keep all areas clean and presentable. * **Routine Compliance:** Correct execution of tasks according to checklist. * **Response Time:** Immediate response to incidents (spills, dirt, etc.). * **Internal Area Organization:** Maintain organized spaces without accumulation.
