**Ciclo Corporativo S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Accounting Analyst in Benito Juárez Norte – Mérida, Yucatán** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Description: Education * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. Experience * Minimum 1–3 years in accounting positions. * Preferred experience in: o Hotels o Restaurants o Hospitality Essential Knowledge * General and financial accounting. * Tax filings and SAT compliance. * Bank reconciliations. * Accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Cash flow control. * Internal auditing. * Electronic invoicing. * Proficiency with accounting software. Hotel-specific knowledge (preferred) * Control and reconciliation of: o Accommodation revenue o Restaurant revenue o Bar revenue o Event revenue o OTA platform revenue * Daily close procedures and night audit. * Review of occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR (preferred). * Commission control and platform payments. * Inventory and food & beverage cost management. * Cash handling and point-of-sale terminals. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily hotel and point-of-sale revenues. * Prepare financial statements. * Record journal entries. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Supervise invoicing and tax compliance. * Calculate taxes. * Identify discrepancies, losses, or inconsistencies. * Supervise inventory and cost control. * Support administrative and audit processes.
