**Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in: Personnel management, Logistics of delivery routes and sales, Logistics in scheduling and tracking delivery routes, inventory management, etc. * Commercial experience with perishable products (essential). * Logistic knowledge of the city and surrounding towns for optimal route planning (essential). **Essential Requirements:** * Availability to work night shifts * Valid driver's license **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, organizing, picking, dispatching). * Control physical inventory received for dispatch. * Coordinate operations with distribution staff (delivery, picking, loading, dispatching). * Verify that incoming and outgoing goods match purchase/sales orders. * Monitor personnel incidents (customer deliveries, customer complaints, vehicle malfunctions). * Record daily inventory movements, both entries and exits. * Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and vehicle maintenance standards. * Coordinate cyclic and physical inventories. **Night Shift Schedule:** * Work schedule from MONDAY to FRIDAY and SUNDAY. * Day off is SATURDAY. * Shift starts at 08:00 PM, with variable end time.
