Position Summary: We are seeking a methodical Graphic Design Intern to support the technical and administrative management of the Art Department, ensuring quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. With passion, innovation, and quality, Momentec Brands offers products and services that drive connection, performance, and identity for every team and organization that trusts us. **Objective** We seek a **Graphic Design Intern**, highly methodical and process-oriented, to support the technical and administrative management of the Art Department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support processing of design requirements, ensuring all technical information is complete. * Assist in task assignment within the creative team and track status to ensure timely and on-spec deliveries. * Verify that final files comply with required specifications. * Organize and maintain the brand’s folder structure, naming conventions, and repositories to ensure efficient information access. * Conduct visual audits to confirm that data captured (text, codes, specifications) in graphic pieces are accurate. **What profile are we looking for?** * Currently enrolled student in Graphic Design or related field. * Highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail. * Basic proficiency in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
