Requirements: * 1–2 years of experience, preferably as a branch manager * Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in administrative fields * Proficiency in KPI management General Responsibilities: * Coordination of the work team and management of the distribution center * Execution of commercial strategies to achieve brand positioning in the Yucatán Peninsula * Supervision of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch at the warehouse * Conducting market research on competitors and sales potential * Establishing alliances with credit providers and executing field activities to activate the market * Supervising the fieldwork team and accompanying them on routes * Preparing managerial reports on results and KPIs assigned to various departments We Offer: * Statutory benefits from day one * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 * Monthly performance-based bonuses If you possess the required skills and knowledge, apply now.
