Experience: 1 year of first- and second-level customer support experience in telecommunications, information technology, satellite links, and telephony. REQUIRED SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Satellite communications. Radiofrequency. Measurement equipment. Configuration. Telephony. Switches. Satellite platforms. Cisco. Networks (VPNs, topologies, structured cabling). RESPONSIBILITIES: Incident handling based on internal procedures (support via chat, email, and phone calls). Ticket (TT) assignment using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. Network monitoring. Monitoring networks using PRGT, HostMonitor, VoIPMonitor, and Meraki platform. Incident resolution supported by Imonitor, Total NMS Gilat, PRTG, VoIPMonitor, and Meraki platform. COMPETENCIES: Service-oriented attitude. Responsibility. Initiative. Effective communication.
