




100% Mexican construction company with private, residential, commercial, and urban development projects is seeking a **Commercial Manager.** We are looking for a candidate focused on structuring the sales department and establishing management and follow-up processes. * **Position:** Commercial Manager * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:50am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 7:50am to 1:00pm. * **Work location:** Sol Campestre * **Net monthly salary:** $35,000 net monthly + statutory benefits + life insurance + major medical expenses insurance. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Design and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. * Conduct active prospecting and closing of new clients. * Manage, track, and record client portfolio. * Prepare reports for management. * Implement customer loyalty and retention strategies. * Supervise, manage, and communicate with the external sales team (brokers and master brokers). * Attend training events and project launches. * Organize weekly meetings. * Develop and manage the commercial department's budget. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or related fields. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in managerial roles within sales or commercial departments. * **Technical skills:** Proficiency in CRM and/or ERP systems, sales strategies and business development, team management. * **Soft skills:** Leadership, negotiation and sales closing ability, communication, excellent presentation, objection handling, results-oriented. * **Must have own vehicle**
