We are a roofing and home improvement company in Florida, focused on serving bilingual (EN/ES) customers through fast, measurable processes. We are seeking a results-oriented individual obsessed with lead quality and follow-up—not just clicks. What you’ll do * Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search) campaigns geared toward calls and form submissions. * Set up and manage Local Services Ads (LSA): structure, service areas, business hours, categories, ranking optimization, and quality score improvement. * Implement full tracking: call tracking, conversions, UTMs, events, and basic attribution. * Create/improve landing pages (EN/ES) with a conversion-focused (CRO) approach: messaging, A/B testing, offer structure. * Coordinate with the sales/intake team to improve: lead → appointment → sale. * Deliver weekly reports with actionable metrics: valid CPL, contact rate, appointment rate, show rate, close rate, CAC. * Maintain a "compliance-first" communication approach for campaigns related to insurance claims/roofing (no misleading promises or risky language). Requirements (Mandatory) * Proven experience (2+ years preferred) generating leads for local services in the U.S. (home services: roofing, restoration, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). * Practical proficiency in: * Google Ads Search (keywords/negatives, account structure, ad extensions, bidding strategies, optimization) * LSA (setup + operations + performance improvement) * Call tracking (CallRail or similar), call recording, lead tagging, lead quality assessment * GA4 / GTM (operational level) * Bilingual EN/ES (minimum: clear written communication and team interaction). * Winning, performance-driven mindset. * Experience with CRMs and sales pipelines (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, JobNimbus, etc.).
