Handling of labor and contractual regulations Company specializing in Specialized Services is seeking: **Junior Manager** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Business Management, or related field. * Experience: 3 years in similar positions. * Team leadership experience. * Management of more than 4 worksites. **Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law (Specialized Services) * REPSE. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and employer obligations. * Contract administration. * Control of operational costs. * Advanced Excel. * Audit and compliance processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise service delivery in accordance with each client’s contract. * Ensure appropriate personnel allocation based on competencies and workload. * Verify compliance with service scope and service-level agreements. * Track operational incidents, propose corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Control service-related costs. * Prepare quotations and profitability analysis for contracts. * Validate payroll incidents for personnel assigned to services. (When Applicable) * Provide support in billing and administrative control of contracts. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction. * Address requests, complaints, or service adjustment requirements. * Support contract renewals and service expansions. * Coordinate supervisors and operational staff. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. (When applicable) * Promote adherence to internal policies, discipline, and workplace climate. * Evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision.
