You will be responsible for coordinating the team, managing resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring high-quality service for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage daily branch operations. * Supervise the team and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. * Monitor inventory, expenses, and achievement of operational goals. * Analyze results and propose process improvements. * Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. * Age: between 25 and 45 years. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a branch supervisor or manager, with administrative responsibilities. * Experience in **processes or handling within the food industry** is desirable. * **Personnel management experience.** **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 8–5, Sat 8–3 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
