Preventive and corrective maintenance in offices We seek a **General Assistant** who is proactive and responsible, supporting general facility maintenance to ensure proper operation and preservation. **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: Elementary school * Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and/or air conditioning * Proficiency in using basic tools * Availability to perform operational tasks **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to and resolve facility malfunctions * Perform repairs related to electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning * Carry out gardening tasks as required * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in offices * Keep facilities clean and fully functional * Collaborate with housekeeping and security departments **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Statutory benefits * Job stability Employment Type: Indefinite-term Salary: $9,451.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
