"With you, for you" Main responsibilities: * Customer service to identify customer needs and provide appropriate guidance. * Listening, recording, and verifying that received information is accurate. * Collection of blood and/or gynecological samples. * Metabolic screening collection. * Performing and verifying correct entry of patient/customer data into the system. * Verifying proper functioning of laboratory equipment. * Collecting cultures from living and inert surfaces. * Performing quality control procedures during the analytical process. * Interacting with nursing and medical staff across various hospital departments for patient sample collection. * Reporting results both internally and externally. * Informing nursing staff about risks of interaction or incompatibility and recommended actions. * Other duties inherent to the area.
