Upcoming opening Join this wonderful team as a **JAPANESE CONCIERGE** Your mission will be: To provide highly personalized and culturally sensitive hospitality service to Japanese-speaking guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival through departure. To act as a liaison between Japanese guests and the hotel’s various departments, promoting service excellence and facilitating cross-cultural communication. To provide personalized assistance, information, recommendations, and support with reservations and special arrangements, anticipating guests’ needs.
