Key Highlights: 1. Direct operation of truck scale and inventory updates. 2. Supervision of personnel and weight reconciliation for shipments. 3. Generation of documentation for customers and coordination of activities. **We require a Truck Scale and Shipping Supervisor** with an operational supervision profile for weighing, shipment release, and inventory control. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Direct operation of truck scale * Updating of physical inventories and ERP. * Supervision of personnel. * Reconciliation of weights and tare for shipments. **Job Activities and Tasks:** * Scheduling of scale activities. * Weighing and tare for material dispatch. * Inventory reporting (receipts and dispatches). * Coordination with yard supervisors. * Generation of documentation for customers. **Essential Requirements:** **\-Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience operating a truck scale.** **\-Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree (Logistics, Administration or related field).** **\-ERP system proficiency** **\-100% on-site work mode at the scale and yard.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 \- $24,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have prior experience operating a truck scale? * What is your mode of transportation?
