




Position Summary: Supervises and manages daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, delivery coordination, and process standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic coordination of deliveries and performance monitoring **Education:** * Completed degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Mechanical or related field) **Skills and Knowledge:** * Analytical thinking and decision-making * Intermediate-to-advanced English * Ability to handle pressure and multitask * Effective communication at all levels * Leadership and personnel management * Knowledge of ORACLE systems * Proficiency in FIFO and KANBAN methodologies * Warehouse and inventory administration * Process and procedure standardization * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily inventory control operations * Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment * Coordinate material deliveries with customers (all Bissell) * Monitor customer (all Bissell) performance and resolve incidents * Support production teams with material availability * Manage material flow and storage within the plant * Implement and maintain inventory management systems * Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies * Train and supervise warehouse and inventory personnel * Generate reports on metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
