Job Description: Shipping and Handling Supervisor, responsible for coordinating and supervising loading, unloading, and transportation operations of precast concrete components, ensuring adherence to outbound schedules, proper execution of lifting operations, and strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational time requirements. ***Responsibilities*** * Plan and execute daily shipping schedules according to established routes and timelines. * Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading operations of precast components (beams, slabs, walls, girders, special pieces, etc.). * Verify correct **securing, lifting, stowing, and fastening** of components. * Coordinate with production departments and transportation routes. * Supervise high-risk handling operations and ensure compliance with safe procedures. * Monitor handling durations, personnel productivity, and equipment utilization. * Validate weight, dimensions, physical condition, and specifications of each component prior to shipment. ***Requirements*** * Technical or professional degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields) * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising shipping and handling operations for **precast concrete components and/or heavy components.** * Knowledge of lifting operations, heavy and oversized loads. * Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and basic tools.
