For this reason, we are seeking new talent to join and contribute to the team of this great company! **Shipping Analyst** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of shipping and unloading activities, guaranteeing compliance with the daily loading plan, efficient use of resources, accurate documentation, and fulfillment of customer requirements, in accordance with established safety guidelines and regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Compliance with the **daily loading and unloading plan**. * Organize and assign the **daily tasks** of the shipping team. * Promote **effective communication and teamwork** among team members in the area. * Resolve operational issues such as: * Shortages in shipments * Damaged or missing material * Cubic volume calculation errors * Difficulties during the loading or unloading process * Manage the **operational and resource needs** of the shipping team. * Ensure that relevant areas maintain proper **loading and unloading documentation**. * Prepare and monitor the **daily loading and unloading plan**. * Guarantee **loading and unloading capacity** in accordance with **PROLOGIS standards**. * Ensure **customer requirements are met**, maintaining high service standards. **Technical Knowledge** * Cubic volume calculation for transport units * Loading and unloading processes * Logistics documentation * Basic handling of operational indicators (times, capacity, incidents) **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management * Effective communication * Problem solving * Organization and planning * Teamwork * Results-oriented approach and customer service * Decision making under pressure **Education and Experience** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum **1 year** of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations * Personnel management experience Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work location: On-site employment
