




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring and detecting deviations in raw materials, in-process products, and finished products by implementing preventive control programs and the Food Safety System. Key Highlights: 1. FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System operation 2. Product safety verification and assurance 3. Conducting quality inspections and reporting Ensure and be capable of detecting deviations in raw materials, in-process products, and finished products through preventive control programs and Food Safety System specifications. Responsibilities: * Operate the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System * Verify that corrective actions implemented resolve root causes of identified incidents. * Prepare Quality Certificates and Shipment Release Documents for finished product shipments. * Validate compliance with specifications for in-process and finished products. * Verify and ensure no food safety risks exist in assigned areas. * Conduct assigned inspections across various processes (raw material receipt, production processes, finished product release, as applicable). * Generate reports and follow-ups on quality failures, non-conforming products, losses, etc. * Verify Critical Control Points in process. REQUIREMENTS: * COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION, ORIGINAL INE (National Identity Card). * MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION * EDUCATION: TECHNICAL DEGREE IN FOOD SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD; COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. * ***AVAILABILITY FOR AFTERNOON SHIFT, 2:00 PM TO 9:30 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.*** * ***PLEASE REVIEW THE PUBLISHED MONTHLY SALARY.*** WE OFFER: * WEEKLY SALARY * IMSS/FONACOT/INFONAVIT BENEFITS * PAYMENT VIA SANTANDER BANK.
