Verification of specifications and recording of inspections ***General Job Objective*** Inspect assemblies for configuration, cleanliness, and physical condition; verify air pressure and alignment; load only the correct quantity per series based on the Assembly Configuration Report. Ensure assembly cleanliness and appearance. Classify tires according to assembled part numbers. Install valve caps and extensions as specified in the Assembly Configuration Report. Complete electronic form FOEN001, entering the series to be inspected within the Assembly Configuration Report. Verify that part numbers match those indicated in the Assembly Configuration Report. Verify that materials are in good condition. Check alignment marks on tires and wheels. Verify air pressure using a pressure gauge. Measure centerline or bead line dimensions using a vernier caliper. Record inspection results in the prepared form. Ensure compliance with the above requirements and validate conforming products. Complete the Final Inspection Form (FOEN003). Verify that materials are in good condition. Perform 100% inspection of assemblies in the conveyor area (checking for scratches, dents, scuffs, chassis position labels, sensor labels if applicable, sensor detection if applicable, rotation direction, and wheel color). Inspect and release wheels from pallets for delivery to the assembly supervisor. Inspect TPMS sensor installation. Verify proper use of tools in the tire-wheel assembly area. Validate tool condition for tire-wheel assembly. Validate that the assembly area is clean and free of any contaminants that could damage wheels or tires. Validate delivery of tires to the assembly process. Release shipping report. Correctly inspect tire-wheel stacking. Accurately complete quality inspection forms.
