Ensure that received raw materials meet the required specifications. 2. Ensure customer requirements are met through process audits at various stations, as well as during packaging and shipping. 3. Record control activities (e.g., machine stoppages due to quality issues, audits, shipments, etc.). 4. Develop and implement improvement projects. 5. Conduct statistical process control studies when applicable. 6. Issue quality alerts. 7. Verify compliance with rework instructions according to the corresponding order. 8. Ensure non-conforming products (NCP) are segregated, identified, and disposed of properly to prevent mixing or delivery to the customer. 9. Prepare quality certificates.
