




Job Summary: Supervises and performs quality control of food products, implementing quality plans and verifying processes and certifications. Key Highlights: 1. Main responsibilities include: * Supervising or performing quality control of incoming/outgoing products during production. * Implementing the quality plan, procedures, and preventive and corrective actions. * Verifying calibration of measurement equipment. * Inspecting raw materials upon arrival at the company. * Inspecting finished products prior to shipment. * Inspecting and releasing production areas prior to commencement of production. * Inspecting personnel for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Verifying the entire production process to ensure the finished product meets all required specifications. * Applicable certification standards. * Participating in certification audits.
