This role is critical to **amplifying the visibility of our leaders, CEOs, and key collaborators**, safeguarding their public image, managing crisis situations, and facilitating participation in exhibitions, conferences, podcasts, and other high-impact events. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee social media accounts of public figures. * Design and implement personal branding and digital positioning strategies. * Manage crises by planning and executing strategic responses to sensitive situations. * Plan and coordinate leadership participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and podcasts. * Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter). * Monitor metrics, analyze results, and optimize digital campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in social media management and positioning of leaders or public figures. * Experience in organizing and promoting exhibitions, conferences, and media appearances. * Ability to create high-impact visual and written content. * Experience in communications strategies, personal branding, and crisis management. * Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. * Knowledge of digital marketing and current social media trends. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in campaigns involving public personalities. * Media and specialized press relations. * Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop). * Experience coordinating high-profile events. **We Offer:** * Base monthly net salary: $30,000 – $33,000. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Location: Colonia del Valle, Mexico City. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * A creative and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
