Management of NOMs and Annex 22 Job Description: Verify and supervise the movement of goods from origin to warehouse, ensuring timely execution, cost reduction, and avoidance of disruptions. Responsibilities: Control and supervision of goods in transit (transport to company warehouse). Coordination and follow-up with customs agents and freight forwarders regarding shipments. Registration and guidance on the VUCEM platform (document submission). Knowledge of Annex 22 (completion and interpretation of customs entry forms). Knowledge and management of NOMs (NOM-001-SCFI; NOM-003-SCFI) with certification bodies and follow-up. Knowledge of definitive imports. Answer operator calls, enter data into systems, and report logistics tracking.
