Comprehensive fleet management and vehicle maintenance. **Logistics Coordinator** **Metal-Mechanical Company, located at Parque Industrial Bernardo Quintana, El Marqués, Querétaro.** **Responsibilities:** * Receive and process orders. * Plan shipments (vehicle assignment, loading times, and estimated delivery time). * Plan and present the fleet activity schedule. * Supervise the delivery process, ensuring timely and successful arrivals. * Confirm delivery services with customers and suppliers. * Track insurance claims. * Notify construction sites, customers, or suppliers in case of incidents. * Update vehicle records. * Verify operators’ completed activities. * Inspect vehicle conditions (cleanliness, physical condition, etc.). * Collaborate with procurement and warehouse departments for material receipt and dispatch. * Schedule maintenance services. * Quote and purchase vehicle spare parts. **Requirements:** * Minimum two years of experience in logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of national routes. * Valid driver’s license. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Creativity * Teamwork * Quick learning ability * Results-oriented * Frustration tolerance * Decision-making **Working Hours:** 8:30 am \- 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday 8:30 am \- 1:00 pm, Saturdays Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,672\.33 \- $20,001\.33 per month Work Location: On-site employment
