We operate in major urban centers and continue expanding across various cities in the country, growing alongside our team.** **Contract and Benefits** **This position begins with an initial probationary contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed-term contract and subsequently to an indefinite-term contract, based on performance.** **The company offers benefits in accordance with current Mexican legislation and its internal policies.** **Responsibilities** * **Lead, coordinate, and develop the logistics and operations team.** * **Frequently perform fieldwork (up to 80% of working time).** * **Coordinate scooter transportation, charging, redistribution, and storage.** * **Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company standards.** * **Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.** * **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.** * **Collaborate closely with other operational teams and internal departments.** * **Provide operational support to the team whenever necessary.** * **Undertake business travel within Mexico.** **Requirements** * **At least 1 year of experience leading teams.** * **Strategic, analytical, and hands-on profile.** * **Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.** * **Professional-level English proficiency (reading and communication) is mandatory.** * **Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.** * **Valid driver’s license.** * **Prior experience in micromobility or urban logistics (preferred).**
