For products entering the blast freezer, a plastic spacer is placed on the pallet to ensure airflow across the entire pallet, enabling uniform freezing of the product. Upon completion of the freezing cycle, remove the spacers from the pallet. Breaking down pallets exceeding standard height to assemble new pallets from remaining goods. Restacking boxes to build pallets according to customer specifications, unit type, and dimensions for loading.
