A distributor of Premium beauty brands with over 25 years in the market is seeking a **Shipping Coordinator** for its **Logistics** team. **Basic Profile:** * Prior experience, minimum 2 years in a similar position * Minimum education: Completed technical high school **Skills and/or Knowledge:** * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Experience using courier platforms * Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas * Negotiation skills * Customer service attitude **Responsibilities:** * Ensure deliveries are made on time as scheduled. * Ensure products reach customers in optimal condition. * Provide support to internal and external customers. * Prepare shipping labels for various courier providers. * Resolve incidents. * Identify priorities and urgencies. **We Offer:** * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Overtime pay. * Days off: Saturday and Sunday. **Work Location:** Parque IBP 100, Santa Catarina Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $14,750.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
