Preparation of quotations and proposals **Seeking a Junior Account Executive – For Querétaro** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support prospecting and development of new customers for ground transportation services. * Track business opportunities assigned by the team. * Prepare basic quotations and support the preparation of commercial proposals. * Maintain communication with customers to follow up on quotations and shipments. * Record activities and opportunities in the CRM. * Coordinate with the operations team to track shipments and services. * Analyze rates and commercial terms to support accurate quotation preparation. * Monitor basic commercial metrics and prepare reports for the sales team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
