Timely tracking of the established project permit schedule. Control of the budget allocated for obtaining and complying with permits. Selection and monitoring of external consultants. Compliance with conditions established in obtained permits. **Your Impact**: As a **Permit Specialist**, you will review and support projects in the development phase, assessing their feasibility and identifying potential risks related to permit management, consistency regarding territorial planning, as well as environmental and biodiversity aspects. You will secure the necessary permits and licenses required for a project to proceed to construction (Ready to build), successfully obtaining all required permits from public agencies at all three levels of government, as well as from private entities, to complete the development phase and initiate the construction stage. You will contribute to the planning of permit management, preparing the necessary work plan and budget for project development. **Requirements:** To join our team as a **Permit Specialist**, we are looking for: * **Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of permit acquisition in project development, primarily in the Oil & Gas sector. Experience in environmental management and/or permit management at all levels of government, including federal permits from SCT; INAH; CONAGUA, SEMARNAT, ASEA, etc., state-level permits from road boards, secretariats of public works, urban development, etc., municipalities, and private entities * **Executive Competencies:** Personnel management training, Leadership, Assertive communication, Management of subcontractors and suppliers. Problem solving. Analytical skills, critical thinking. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
