Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction and quality, coordinate staff, and optimize processes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer satisfaction and incident resolution. 2. Supervises quality, hygiene, and food handling. 3. Leads staff coordination and process optimization. Truck Chef is a gastronomic project launched in 2014 to offer the best possible product on the streets of Mérida under the food truck concept. In 2019, we evolved with the opening of Da Kitchen restaurant — a warm, fun space with a wonderful ambiance and a wide variety of delicious dishes, where you can experience incredible moments. In 2026, we will open our second restaurant in downtown Mérida. **\*Key Responsibilities:** \- Ensure customer satisfaction. \- Efficiently and accurately resolve incidents involving customers or team members. \- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food handling, and sanitation are met. \- Supervise proper branch closing procedures and cash reconciliation. \- Supervise purchase orders based on established maximum and minimum inventory levels. \- Collaborate with department heads and shift supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations. \- Coordinate staff, assign workstations, and supervise their execution. \- Report equipment malfunctions promptly. \- Monitor, update, and optimize recipes, operational processes, administrative procedures, etc. \- Conduct daily and weekly briefings to communicate shift objectives. \- Manage and control inventory. **\*We Offer:** \- Base monthly salary of $12,000.00 (paid weekly at $3,000.00). \- Monthly productivity bonus of $5,000.00. \- Benefits exceeding those mandated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT) from day one. \- Cafeteria service (one free meal per day). \- 25% discount on products (5 per week, non-transferable). \- Career growth within an expanding brand. \- Ongoing training. \- Excellent work environment. **\*Work Schedule:** \- Monday to Saturday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. \- Sundays off. **\*Requirements:** \- Must have personal transportation, preferably a car. \- Minimum two years of experience in a similar position. \- Minimum two letters of recommendation from previous employers.
