Oversee, coordinate, and optimize the company's transportation and product supply operations, ensuring efficient use of the fleet (flatbeds, gondolas, trailers) and compliance with delivery timelines, with a focus on customer service, operational safety, and personnel management. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 to 4 years in traffic, logistics, or heavy cargo transportation areas. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Peninsula or national routes. * Types of units: flatbeds, gondolas, trailers, etc. * Basic knowledge of operation and mechanics of heavy vehicles. * Ground transportation regulations (SCT). * Use of GPS systems, satellite tracking, and logs. * Management of operational indicators (performance, punctuality, equipment utilization). **Skills and Competencies:** * **Leadership and personnel management:** Ability to coordinate drivers, coordinators, and loaders. * **Teamwork:** Close collaboration with logistics, maintenance, and internal and external customer service departments. * **Dynamism and proactivity:** Ability to solve problems in real time and adapt to changing situations. * **Stress tolerance:** Ability to operate efficiently in demanding environments. * **Effective communication:** Courteous and assertive interaction with operators, internal and external customers. * **Flexible schedule and mobility availability.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assignment and control of units to meet route and delivery requirements. * Daily operational tracking through monitoring systems. * Supervision of loading/unloading compliance. * Coordination with maintenance department for unit availability. * Handling of in-route incidents (delays, accidents, detours). * Generation of operational reports and key performance indicators. * Training and disciplinary oversight of operational staff. * Addressing and resolving logistical requirements from internal and external customers.
