




**RAMP MANAGER** **JOB SUMMARY:** Supervise, plan and coordinate ramp operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with operational and quality standards established by the company and airlines, optimizing human and material resources for effective apron operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise ramp personnel activities: boarding, deplaning, loading, unloading and ground services. * Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures and established service timeframes. * Control the allocation of human resources and equipment according to the daily schedule. * Maintain direct communication with customers (airlines), air traffic control tower and airport authorities. * Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, delay reports and performance metrics (KPIs). * Coordinate training and certifications for personnel under supervision. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE). * Attend internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Manage operational incidents and respond to emergency situations on the apron. * Implement continuous improvement actions in ramp processes. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** 3 years of experience in ramp operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position. **SKILLS:** Leadership, effective communication, decision-making under pressure, operational planning, results orientation and compliance focus. **LANGUAGES:** Intermediate English mandatory. **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Ground handling procedures, operational safety regulations (IATA, AVSEC), flight coordination, GSE handling, operational logs, operational personnel management. **EDUCATION:** Aeronautical Engineering.
