**Job Description** A leading company in the sector is seeking a Maintenance Assistant. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience. Excellent appearance. Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles. Valid driver's license. Experience in repairing, plastering, touch-ups, painting, drilling, grinding, basic electricity, and plumbing. Ability to identify construction materials, plumbing and electrical components, and tools in general. Knowledge of inventory control. Minimum 5 years of driving experience and familiarity with the city. Completion of work progress and performance forms.
